Billing and Payment Support
Everyone hates bills. We hate sending them and you hate receiving them. OWT tries to be flexible and offer many ways to pay and many plans to accommodate everyone as best we can.
Most services may be paid either monthly, quarterly or annually with some incentives to pay less frequently.
OWT accepts debit cards, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for your convenience but you can write a check or even give us cash if you like.
We will invoice businesses and send a printed invoice by mail but we urge you to let us send you a PDF invoice via Email and save a tree.
You can send your payment in via Email, instruct us to bill your credit/debit card automatically or pay online when you wish.
If you need some help with your bill feel free to call our administrative staff at 509-735-0408 Monday-Friday from 8AM to 6PM. You can also Email us anytime at admin@owt.com and we will help you as soon as we can.
If you like, you can also stop by and see us at our office not too far from the Columbia Center Mall in Kennewick.
